Know Before You Go! ACR Conference Information
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to ACR 2022 as we gather TOGETHER for the first time in three
years this week in Denver!
Here’s some helpful information for planning your trip:

Airport Transportation
There is a light rail train from Denver Airport to the Downtown Transit Center and the fare is only
$10.50. After you arrive at the transit center you can then catch a ride on the free Shuttle across from
the transit center. You’ll want to get off at the Court Place stop.
If you choose to take a taxi, there is a set fare of $56 one way from the airport. Taxi drivers are known
to try to charge more than the fare, so confirm the fare before you take a taxi.
Checking into the Hotel
Check in is at 4:00 pm, so if you arrive early, you may have to check your baggage until your room is
ready. If you plan to use a debit card to secure your charges at check in, please note that the hotel will
deduct the entire cost of your stay, plus an additional daily amount to cover anticipated rooms charges,
from your checking account at check in. Once you check out, the remaining amount you may not have
spent will be released, but in some cases, it can take several days for your bank to restore the funds to
your account. It is preferable to use a credit card at check in for this reason.
Meal Service
On Friday and Saturday morning a continental breakfast buffet will be served in the Plaza Exhibit Hall
each morning from 7:00-8:00 am.
For the lunches, you will have a lunch ticket indicating your lunch choice in your registration envelope.
Place your lunch ticket in front of you at the meal so the waiter can know your preference.
Co-Authors Lounges
If you are looking to make connections, share ideas and work with a co-author, we will have Co-Authors
Lounges located in Plaza Court 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 with tables and chairs for your use on Friday and
Saturday.
Free Onsite WiFi
When you’re onsite, you can access our free conference WiFi by selecting the Marriott Bonvoy
Conference network and use the passcode ACR2022.
Let’s Get Social
When posting about the conference on social media, make sure you tag your posts and photos with the
conference hashtag: #ACR2022.
There’s an App for That!
In lieu of providing onsite printed programs for all attendees, we have a Conference App which you can
download.
- First, download the Ex Ordo app onto your phone from the app store.
- Open Ex Ordo on your phone and search "ACR" in the search bar.
- Tap on our conference and it will open the guide.
Now you can explore! View the program, build your schedule, search by presenter, and connect with other attendees.
Please note that when you open the app, all times will be displayed in the time zone where you are
currently located. All events take place in Mountain Daylight Time and will be displayed in that time
when you are onsite in Denver.

When you leave the conference hotel to stroll the 16 th St. outdoor pedestrian mall, with shops,
restaurants, entertainment, and clubs, we encourage you to remove your conference name badge so you

Saturday’s Closing Night Party at Pindustry
Location: 7939 E Arapahoe Rd, Greenwood Village, CO 80112
Times like these call for a Big…Celebration! Leave your ball gowns at home and put on your bowling best
to gather TOGETHER for the 2022 ACR Conference Gala. This year’s finale event will be held at Pindustry,
an interactive experience like no other. ACR attendees and guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to
10-pin and duck-pin bowling, Billiards, vintage pinball machines, Ping-pong, Darts, Shuffleboard,
Foosball and Corn-hole and so much more! Catch up with old friends and make some new ones in this
expansive 54,000 square-foot venue, with room for quiet chats too. Lounge around on the top deck with
Rocky Mountain views or stay on the dance floor moving and grooving all night long. Food and drinks
will fuel your fun. Continuous bus service between the hotel and event will be available all evening,
beginning at 6:00 pm.

The ACR Ombuds-Team is an informal, nonjudgmental, and confidential "friendly ear" that can listen,
help people decide what they'd like to do, and help them locate resources that enable their healing and
restoration. It serves exclusively as an on-site first stop for attendees at ACR events. Accordingly, the
team does not keep records, make reports to the governing body, or make disclosures on behalf of
persons who may have experienced harassment or similar forms of mistreatment.
