The Politically Conservative Consumer: Understanding Their Unique Motivations to Improve Individual and Societal Well-Being

Growing political polarization and the societal challenges it brings about call for an in-depth understanding of how political ideology influences consumer attitudes and choices. This session contributes to the understanding by exploring the unique factors that motivate conservatives (vs. liberals) and devising interventions that improve individual and societal well-being.
