Food Well-Being At the Time of Covid-19: the Use of Coping Strategies Rooted in Caring For Low Socio-Economic Status Families
This research investigates low socio-economic status consumers’ food well-being (FWB) during Covid-19 lockdown. Based on 14 interviews with families, it shows that their food-based coping strategies rely on intra- and extra-household relationships. Drawing from ethics of care, we highlight the key-role of caring activities by and for FWB.
