Overcoming the Potential Conflict Between Eudaimonic Versus Hedonic Outcomes of Transformative Service
This research examines how a transformative service can be effectively designed to overcome the potential conflict between its eudaimonic versus hedonic outcomes. This is achieved by designing the service with a view to help consumers experience active pleasure in the process of exerting efforts to advance their eudaimonic well-being.
