6C Assessing Health-Being in Community: a Community-Based Participatory Evaluation of the Veggie Rx Program in a Northeastern Community
This paper describes Veggie Rx, a collaborative model to increase access to produce in the primarily Latino community. It describes how diverse community-based partners worked together to initiate system changes to build a sustainable and inclusive food system in a low-resourced community that aims to improve health and community well-being.
