Beyond Sharing My Building: My Neighbors Share My Room! When Collective Psychological Ownership Matters.

Investing in a housing cooperative is beginning to appeal offering a desirable alternative. We propose that this consumption allows the arising of CPO. Across an ethnography, we investigated the dynamic between IPO and CPO through the individual strategies implemented by owners depending on the private or collective spaces.
