Sharing Is Dubious, It Won’T Work! Exploring the Barriers Towards Collaborative Consumption of Free Floating Car Sharing.
Free-floating carsharing is an innovative mobility concept. The acquisition of new customers is key for further expansion. This qualitative study undertook 33 interviews with non users, users, and a corporate expert to explore barriers that potential carsharing customers face. The study contributes to collaborative consumption and innovation.
