The Sharing Challenge: Exploring Mixed Ownership in a Co-Housing Model
The Intentional Community that is the focus of this research is the first housing co-op in Australia to provide both private houses as well as equity housing. The challenges of mixed ownership in a co-op along with the potential implications of this on the Australian housing market, are further analysed.
