Conference Rate Description

The conference registration fee covers all conference sessions, luncheons, workshops, the Pre-Conference Cocktail on Wednesday, the Thursday, Welcome Reception and dinner, and the Friday Reception. Registrations received on or before May 14, 2017, are the basis for conference planning, and thus are discounted. Between May 15 and July 2, 2017, the regular conference fee will apply. After July 2, 2017 registrations must be on­site and incur penalty charges.

After July 2, 2017, all registrations must be made on­site and will be charged at the following rates:

July 8th, 2017, a Cultural Engagement Trip, not included with conference registration, is offered. Trip will include sightseeing of Cali and surrounding areas

PLEASE NOTE: This is a multi-step registration process, and you are not officially registered until you complete the process and receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED for the conference. Please print and bring the confirmation email and receipt with you to confirm your registration at the conference upon check in.

Refund Policy: Requests for registration refunds will be honored if a written notification of cancellation is received by Rajiv Vaidyanathan, Executive Director of ACR (acr@acrwebsite.org) on or before July 2, 2017. A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds.

Requests for refunds will not be honored after June 2, 2017.
